I’m not a vegetarian and neither is anyone in my family. But I love the idea of creating vegetarian meals that are both tasty and satisfying as it does worry me that most of us meat eaters can’t seem to do without meat!
Plus I do have some vegetarian friends, and I certainly don’t want to hear their stomach grumble in hunger after being at my dinner table!
