Give us at least 10 days before you received the replacement ( it takes only 15 minutes to process your replacement but the fulfillment of the delivery takes about 3 - 9 days )
If your item(s) were damaged during shipping, there were missing, or incorrect items, we must be notified immediately to correct the issue. The sooner you notify us, the better.

Receiving your refund - Chefremi.com does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund to the credit card or Paypal account originally used.
