1) Bring spoon up to eye level for accurate measuring of liquids The Chef Remi Measuring Spoons are designed so the spoon rims and handles are level. This will give you the most accurate liquid measurements as liquids cannot drip out. Simply dip your spoon into your ingredient and then bring up to eye level. The ingredient should be flush with the spoon rim and handle.
2) Use a knife to accurately measure dry ingredients Dip your spoon into your dry ingredient, and swipe a clean knife blade over the surface to get the exact measurement.
