I don’t know about you, but I have a feeling that this dish was made by a guy for his buddies. Think about it, it has fried chicken wrapped in tortilla in it and takes a few minutes to make. Now what guy wouldn’t want that?!
And as for the “vegetables” and the word “sandwich”, it’s just so that they won’t get in trouble with their wives for not eating healthy.
So let’s open an ice cold beer, tune up the volume on the radio (radio... I know, I’m old) a bit, and let’s start cooking boys!
You’re Ingredients:
6 to 8 Fried Chicken Tenders
1/2 cup of ranch dressing
1/4 cup of barbeque sauce
4 ea. 8" tortilla
1 cup of shredded lettuce
1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
8 slices of precooked Bacon, cooked to a crisp then crumbled crisp
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
How to cook your Tortilla Wrap Sandwich with Fried Chicken and Vegetables
Go and prepare your chicken tenders and vegetables according to the direction on its package.
Now go combine your BBQ sauce and dressing in a bowl and spread the mixture over your tortillas.
Next is to cover the tortillas with cheese, bacon, tomatoes and lettuce.
Top it all with your chicken tender, roll it all up tightly, and serve.

This recipe looks so great! I love the veggies alongside the chicken tenders, normally its only lettuce with these kinds of wraps.

This looks amazing! I would add an avocado dipping sauce on the side, just because I’m crazy about avocados. But the crunch in the chicken tender, and the softness of the tortilla really brings this all together. Can’t wait to try this!

I love tortilla wraps of all kinds but these look particularly good; fried chicken, bacon, cheese. I’m salivating at the very thought! I will make these for my friends when they come over this weekend.

I’m in England and we don’t have chicken tenders over here (I don’t think) so can you give me some idea what to look for in the supermarket? Would chicken breast be a good substitute?

Hey mokee, I made this using chicken breast instead of chicken tenders as I wanted it to be healthier. It is definitely a good substitute. You can also use tzatziki instead of ranch!

Wow! So fast! This will really spruce up by work week lunch times. I’ve been doing sandwiches and leftovers for so long, so I really need to try something new. Chicken is easily one of my fav meats. I can eat it all day. This almost reminds me of something I could get a KFC, just was WAY less guilt, hahaha!
