Salmon in pinwheels is a very innovative sounding meal. Complex taste with simple ingredients & well written instructions makes this meal less time consuming then traditional recipes this complex & carefully crafted. This meal is light yet packed with protein and greens. This recipe is cheap to make yet very fancy. Something I would see being served in a high class restaurant. I will have to try this one out after a trip to the grocery store!

I have been on a smoked salmon binge for the last couple of weeks – I can’t seem to get enough lol. This looks fancy but simple to make, and I’m sure it is as delicious as it looks. I will have to try it out for our next dinner party!

This looks amazing! Love smoked salmon and love wraps. This is definitely a recipe I will be trying. I’m wondering if you can grill the salmon as well. I’m always substituting ingredients. I love to experiment.
