Seafood Pizza
Tired of the regular meat pizza but don’t like the idea of pizza filled with nothing but vegetables? Then the middle ground would have to be seafood pizza.
Personally, I love cooking and eating seafood pizza. Not only for the fact that it's a break from the usual, but it also makes me feel less guilty of not living up to my new year’s resolution of eating more healthy food.
Anyway, I’m blabbering again. So before I start ranting again, let’s get you cooking.
Your Ingredients:
How To Make Your Seafood Pizza
Preheat a grill to medium high. Toss the shrimp and onion in a bowl with the olive oil and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
Preheat your oven to prepare it for cooking your pizza dough.
While the oven is heating up, toss your onions and shrimps into a bowl along with the oregano and a dash of olive oil.
Now go get your pizza dough and form it into a circle. Go get a flat baking pan, brush it lightly with olive oil, put your dough on it and cook your dough until you see the top part bubbling. This will take about 3 minutes.
Now go get your onion and shrimp mixture and grill them until the shrimps get a bit charred. This will take about 5 minutes.
Put the onion and shrimps on top of your pizza dough, add your tomatoes, sprinkle generous amount of feta cheese, and throw it inside the oven until the cheese softens. This will take about 5 minutes.
Once done, sprinkle some top parsley over your pizza before serving.

I love this site’s unorthodox take on pizza. My family eats pizza several times a week and I am always looking for ways to mix it up. This will be an awesome one to try out soon!

My husband love sea food and pizza, so a seafood pizza sounds like it’ll be a real winner within our household! Can’t wait to try it.
