Pork Chops With Sweet Soy Glaze

Your ingredients:
6 ¾-inch-thick boneless pork loin chops, (about 6 ounces each)2 scallions, chopped
For marinade:
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp Sriracha sauce
For glaze:
1 tbsp honey1 tbsp hot ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white wine
½ tsp Sriracha sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 inch ginger, grated
Directions:
To make the marinade, in a small bowl mix the soy sauce, white wine, lemon juice and Sriracha sauce.
Place the pork chops in a zip bag, pour the marinade over it.
Seal the bag and marinate for minimum 2 hours.
Remove the pork from the refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling.
Drain the marinade off.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Combine the glaze ingredients.
Reserve half of the glaze to use on grilled chops.
Place the Chef Remi BBQ Grill Mats on a grill rack (do not place them on a direct fire) and preheat for 2 minutes.
Place the chops on Chef Remi BBQ Grill Mats. Brush with the glaze and grill for 4-6 minutes per side or until Chef Remi thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a pork chop registers 145°F.
Remove from the grill, sprinkle with chopped scallion and serve with reserved glaze and your favorite side dish.

I made this pork chops for my family of 3 yesterday night. It was delicious and very easy to make, I didn’t put as much garlic as listed but it still tasted great!

Great recipe! For the marinade, I put in garlic and ginger to add more taste. Really kicked it up a notch. Looking forward to your next pork chop recipe
