Who doesn't love pie? And if you don't love peanut butter.........what's wrong with you??My family love peanut butter, and I've caught my youngest with a big tablespoon literally spooning out mouthfuls from the jar!
So, on National Peanut Butter Lover’s Day, I'm making this fantastic peanut butter pie that doesn't need baking! You just freeze it.
You need to freeze for at least 2 hours, but I tend to leave it overnight. Perfect for making the night before and then letting your brood devour the next day!
My husband discovered Naturally More Organic Peanut Butter a couple of years back, and now insists on getting this.
He says that it just tastes better than the other peanut butter spreads. I'm just secretly glad that it's full heart healthy ingredients – I got to keep my man's heart beating well!
Your Ingredients:

1 pack of cream cheese (about 8 ounces)
1 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar
1 cup of Naturally More Organic Peanut Butter
1 cup of milk
1 pack of frozen whipped topping (about 16 ounces, make sure it is thawed)
2 x 9 inch prepared graham cracker crusts
1 cup of chocolate spread (optional)
How to make your Peanut Butter Pie
Get out a mixing bowl and use a wooden spoon to mix together the sugar and cream cheese.
Once it's all mixed thoroughly, add in the peanut butter and milk and mix well.
Now carefully fold in the whipped topping.
Get out your graham cracker crusts and spoon the mixture into them.
Optional: Use a knife to spread over some chocolates spread on top of your pies.
Freeze your pies until they are firm.
Mom's Secret Tip:
I love no bake pies! You can make them days in advance and keep them on hand for the family to eat. Try changing nut butters to give different flavors. How about using almond butter? Or cashew butter?

It looks delicious… I wonder if I can change the cream cheese to nutella or something like chocolate? I mean using cream cheese is a great choice… but I just want to know is there anything else we can use instead of cream cheese?

This looks DELICIOUS! There is nothing better than the combination of peanut butter and chocolate. I’m going to try making this for my boyfriend’s birthday but I’m going to use chocolate graham crackers for the crust, yum!

I have been craving something sweet as of late and this will definitely become an easy favorite of mine. I love chocolate and peanut butter together – who doesn’t? How would using other nut butters fare? Have you tried it?

This looks delicious! I love the idea of a no bake pie but I’ve never tried to make one.
If you freeze it overnight does it get too firm or does it stay a nice consistency?

That pie looks incredible. It’s so easy to make as well. I will definitely be trying that recipe in the coming weeks. I may even try it with an oreo crust instead of the gram cracker crust.

This pie is fantastic! I halved the recipe to make only one 9-inch pie, but kept some ingredients the same. I added one 8 oz. cream cheese, one cup of powdered sugar, one cup of peanut butter
