Macaroni Salad with Mayonnaise and Vegetables
One of the easiest holiday themed meal to make is Macaroni Salad with Mayonnaise and Vegetables. And not only is it easy to make, but I have not yet meet a person that doesn’t like eating a macaroni salad.
So if you are looking for a holiday meal that everyone loves, you can never go wrong with the classic macaroni salad.
Here’s how you can make one at home.
Your Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
2tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
6 cups of sliced assorted fresh vegetables (you can use onions, yellow or red bell peppers,zucchini, etc)
16 oz of cooked, drained and cooled macaroni pasta
1/3 cup of sliced olives
1 cup of fresh and chopped basil leaves
1 pack of ham.
How to make your Macaroni Salad with Mayonnaise and Vegetables
Get a medium bowl and mix your mayonnaise with the ground pepper and olive oil.
Add in the vegetables into the mix afterwards.
Once done, get the vegetable mixture and put it on a grill pan.
Start grilling the vegetable mix until it becomes tender. Make sure you only stir once during this process.
Get the grilled vegetable mix and combine it with whatever ingredients that remains.
You can serve the dish immediately or refrigerate it.
