Honey Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
8 chicken thighs3 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 1⁄2 tbsp honey
1 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1⁄4 tsp chili flakes
salt, black pepper to taste
Directions For Our Chicken Thigh Recipe
1. To make the marinade, in a bowl combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, chili flakes and pinch of salt and pinch of black pepper.
2. Pour the dressing in a large resealable plastic bag and add the chicken thighs. Seal the bag and marinate the thighs in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
3. Remove the thighs from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
4. Preheat oven to 400°F.
5. Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle with 2 tbsp marinade and bake for 35 – 40 minutes.
6. Use the Chef Remi Cooking Thermometer to test doneness. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of a thigh and remove the chicken from the oven at 165°F.
7. Serve warm.
