Mmmm this recipe is delicious! Being from Ireland, Irish stew always reminds me of home. It’s a perfect meal for those harsh winter nights when you just want something stodgy and warm to heat you up and make you feel good. :)

This looks absolutely delicious. Reminds me of when I was a child and my grandmother used to make this for our family with carrots from our home garden. I will make some tonight!

My grandfather used to make this stew and it was amazing. He used to add kidney to it, gave it an extra flavour hit. Anyone else use kidney in Irish Stew?

I made this on a rainy day last month it was so good. The only thing I used my crockpot but made it even better. It was so good. It was such a huge serving but was gone in just a day. I will be making it again on another chilly day. Thanks .
