I always love a good recipe that I can knock quick. This is definitely one of those; quick and satisfying. Pizza has always been one of my favorite foods and I am excited to try out another take on it. The kids I watch are going to be sure and love it with chicken strips on top.
p.s.- Without being rude might I suggest you rephrase your second sentence. perhaps this: So, with my fascination of what was once a peasant food, allow me to add another spin on it.

WOW! This looks amazing! I love normal Chicken Parmesan, especially with extra cheese on top, and of course I love pizza. This looks like a winning combination and I’m going to have to try and cook this sometime this week.
The garlic bread seems like a perfect fit for it, too.

I wish I could eat this with my hands" and you show a shot of someone eating it with a knife and fork. I’m pretty sure it would just break if you tried to eat it like a pizza

I have never used a frozen garlic bread for make pizza. I’m going to try this recipe for sure. I wonder if I can use a regular pizza dough with crushed garlic and Italian herbs?
And if I use shredded chicken instead will that make a big difference?

The chicken parmesan pizza is one of my absolute and all-time favorites. I would recommend it to anybody. It is the typical pizza that I order when I go to sports bar restaurants and such. They know how to make it just right, and add that extra flavor under the crust.
