Your Ingredients:
4 cups of packed baby spinach leaves
1 crushed garlic clove
1/2 cup of whipping cream
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
12 pieces of shucked oysters
1/3 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp of chopped parsley
How to make your Baked Oyster Shell with Cheese.
First, you need to pre-heat your oven to not more than 450°F.
Now, go get a wide skillet, pour in 1/4 cup of water and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
Using the water, put in your spinach and cook until it wilts.
Now go get your whipping cream and garlic, add it to your spinach mixture and cook it until the cream starts to thicken. Season with a bit of salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Now get your oysters and place them on a baking sheet. Top each oyster with your spinach and cream mixture.
Bake your oysters for 12 minutes or until they start to brown.
Before serving, sprinkle with a bit of parsley.

It looks like some Far East Asian food. When I was in Taiwan, that time I tasted some foods looks like this. But, I’ll try the recipe in my home next week. Hope taste will be different.

Yes! I love how quick and simple this recipe is! We cook a lot of oysters in the South during the colder months, so I can’t wait to try this out. All of these country folks around here will think I am so fancy, little will they know how easy this is!
