Mmmmm, this recipe looks great. Appetising but also healthy, I am going to make this for my kids to show them that healthy food can be exciting and tasty. No more boring veggie meals!

You know, I found this just in time – I’ve been really craving chicken, but honestly all the recipes I’m familiar with aren’t exactly on the best side of the healthiness spectrum. I’ll miss the extra calorie-ridden sauces, but the ingredients definitely look tasty and flavorful enough that I’m optimistic to give it a try. Thanks!

This recipe could be great as a weekday meal with the minimal steps needed to have a ‘gourmet’ dish. Looks healthy too. Maybe the chicken can be substituted with seafood or Pork Tenderloin. Thanks for the post!
