5 Minute Chocolate Peanut Clusters

There's just something about homemade candies. Never mind that creating your own means you know exactly what's in them (good, wholesome ingredients) but it goes beyond that. We all remember how we felt when mothers and grandmothers treated us to candies they'd made the effort to make themselves, and we remember that nothing bought from shops compared to the taste.
However, we simply don't always have the time to make our own candies nowadays. No wonder there's now a billion dollar plus industry in sweet snacks. But these chocolate peanut clusters buck the trend. Just 3 ingredients, no cooking, and done in 5 minutes! If needed, I'm sure you could find 5 minutes every day to make these!
When using so few ingredients, the quality of the ingredients become even more important. I swear by Sunfood Wild Amazonian Jungle Peanuts. Their peanuts just taste so rich, my family insist that I buy these all the time now. Try them, you won't be disappointed.
Your Ingredients:
1 cup of Sunfood Wild Amazonian Jungle Peanuts
2 cups of melting / cooking chocolate
Pinch of salt
How to make your Chocolate Peanut Clusters
First, melt the chocolate. You can do this in 2 ways. Either place the chocolate in a metal bowl, and then place this on top of a pan of boiling water on the stove, or you can melt the chocolate in a non-metallic bowl in the microwave, but make sure you check the chocolate every 30 seconds.
Stir the chocolate so it is smooth, and then stir in the peanuts.
Place some parchment paper onto a tray or baking tin. Use a teaspoon and drop small amounts of the chocolate and nut mixture to create clusters.
Sprinkle the clusters with a little bit of salt immediately, before they start setting.
Enjoy!
Mom's Secret Tip:
Chocolate and peanuts are a classic combination, but you don't have to stop there. Try using different nuts to change the taste. How about clusters of chocolate and hazelnuts, or chocolate and walnuts? You could even use big, individual brazil nuts – just gorgeous covered in chocolate!
