Child Friendly Potato Fries
I’m yet to find one child that doesn’t love fries. But if you’re worried about the levels of fat and calories your child is eating, fries can seem like a real enemy.
Not if you make fries like this! These ‘fries’ are actually baked, which means they have a fraction of the fat standard fries do.
Also, it’s been proven that getting children involved in preparation of food makes them more interested in eating the food. These fries can be made by your kids, without needing a dangerous knife. You’re guaranteed that they’ll want your ‘fries’ again and again!
