Child Friendly Frozen Choc Popsicles
It’s difficult for kids to say no to chocolate treats, especially frozen popsicles on a hot summer’s day. But we all worry about what is in shop-bought treats.

Your ingredients:
- 2 soft, ripe bananas
- 65 g nut butter
- 60 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of stevia powder

Directions:
How to make your Frozen Choc Popsicles:
- Place all the ingredients into a bowl. Let your kids be involved by giving them a mixing spatula. Get them to mix the ingredients well, making sure the banana is mashed up completely, and there are no chunks left. Alternatively, you can whizz the ingredients together in a food processor.
- Pour the mixture into ice block molds, add in the popsicle sticks, and place into the freezer till set (about 2 hours).
